We assign our clients to a small, dedicated team of 2-5 technicians (POD). Each of our PODs is dedicated to a small list of accounts, designed to allow our technicians and your staff have organic repeat interactions. Over time, our technicians become familiar with your people, culture; integrating ourselves within our business, as your IT Department.
This POD infrastructure allows us to emulate the positive user experience of what its like to work with an internal IT department while maintaining all the benefits of working with a Managed Service Provider or IT Consultancy.
