What's Managed IT Services?

Managed IT Services is a preferred service offering that aligns the interests of the client and IT provider by introducing a flat monthly charge for unlimited support. This incentivizes the provider to proactively stop potential issues from occurring, keep detailed documentation, and resolve issues quickly and permanently.


What's included in Managed Services?

Premium Support

  • Unlimited break-fix support on existing systems including site-visits as needed
  • Service Level Agreement of 2-hour or less response times within business hours (8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday)
  • Optional regular scheduled technical site visit
    Regular meetings and on-site consultations to review ongoing issues, projects, service desk reports, security reports (AV, Firewall logs, etc.), endpoint count, procurement options, etc.
  • We will work with any IT or software vendor to resolve issues with existing systems if they occur¬†
  • Courtesy 1-hour best-effort support per issue on software, systems, or devices that are classified as outside of scope due to warranty expiration or lack of support contract

24/7 Monitoring

  • 24/7 workstation monitoring (drive failures, CPU maxed, etc.)
  • 24/7 server monitoring (drive failures, server offline, server running slow, etc.)
  • 24/7 threat monitoring (viruses, encryption, and penetration attempts)

Business Continuity Support

  • Managed Backups

  • Vendor support facilitation and relationship management

Network & Software Upgrades

  • Automated workstation patching weekly
  • Manual server patching, network device firmware, and maintenance performed as-needed with scheduled outage windows
