Our Story
Resolved was founded by our CEO, Reid McConkey, in 2020 after years of working as a General Manager in the MSP industry. He’d seen how the model worked from the inside, noting how often it left clients underserved with generic support, reactive service, and zero strategic value. He knew there was a better way.
From the start, we built Resolved around a different philosophy: serve as your single source for technology strategy, IT management, and proactive support. Today, we’re a growing team serving AEC firms across North America. Senior enough to advise at board level, hands-on enough to know your team by name.

Mike joined Resolved in 2020 as a founding team member. A customer success fanatic, his passion for delivering the best possible client experience is unmatched. His role is dedicated to ensuring successful outcomes by constantly maintaining alignment between our team and yours.
